Care Instructions

Our items are made of high quality medical grade metals such as stainless steel or titanium, then plated with a minimum of three layers of 14k or 18k gold. We use the most optimal and hypoallergenic base metals to ensure that your jewellery is as low maintenance as possible by providing strong scratch, rust, and tarnish resistance.

While we offer a one year warranty and guarantee that our items are waterproof and won't tarnish, we highly recommend doing some light maintenance to make sure your jewellery looks its best:

• Store in a cool, dry place - preferably in the pouch it was shipped in. 
• Polish your jewellery with a microfibre cloth to remove dust and residue.
• Remove jewellery before going to bed to avoid tangling and breakage.
• Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, cleansers or other liquids. While our items are waterproof, chemicals could cause damage to the jewellery.
• Avoid swimming with your jewellery; chlorine and other chemicals in indoor pools and salt water can introduce damage.

As a general tip, your jewellery should be the last thing you put on when getting ready and the first thing to take off.
