If you notice any workmanship defects when your receive your product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, as this issue would be covered by our Returns and Exchanges policy.

By purchasing from our website, you understand that all jewellery can experience general wear and tear over time, which is not covered by this warranty. Unless your issue is related to discoloration, fading, rust, or tarnishing, other general wear and tear issues can be expected.
